Description:
The machine featurs four-roller structure with the upper roller as the main drive, providing bending force through the engagement of the reducer gear with the gear of the upper roller. The lower roller makes vertical movements and offers clamping force with a hydraulic unit. Side rollers are placed on both sides of the lower roller, making slant movement along the guide rails, and provide drive through the screw, the nut, the worm and the lead screw. The advantage of the machine is that preliminary bending can be conducted on the same machine.
