1. Mainly used for samples sintered under high temperature and high pressure gas.
2. This equipment consists of heating elements, chamber, high pressure shell, measuring and control temperature system, cooling system, gas pressure furnace door, various pipes, valves, sigma data management software.
3. The working pressure is 2- 10mpa, the user can choose the different heating element and different heating method, the maximum working temperature is 1000-2200°C.
4. The working environment is oxidizing atmosphere, air, N2, inert gas.
5. Using gas pressure furnace door locking system and can open the door quickly, easy to operate and with good safety.
6. Double-stage security alarm system and over-temperature alarm, and with alarm functions once there’s water failure, power failure, phase missing, thermocouple damaged.
7. Provide RS-485 communication port, Sigma data management software, have paperless record history data and rising curves, with the functions of adjusting the temperature error, can control more computers.
8. PID auto-setting automatically, it can be programmed 30 segments rising procedures automatically.
9. Various design of security protection, with good safety performance and have a long life.
