Introduction:
QTY4-15 Block machine adopts mechanical transmission to operate material feeding and molding separately, and adopt double-vertical pressurizing vibrating to ensure block shape. The multi-purpose design is available to produce different shape and specification of bricks.

1. Special structure design. The mixing forks inside the material tank works automatically once the material tank is moved above the mould box, then the material will be discharged forcibly, to ensure the material discharging swimmingly and fabric equably. This technology will make sure the final products with high-intensity, equable weight and high-density.
2. Control the hydraulic system by computer, such as hydraulic flow and pressure, to achieve vibrating, frequency conversion, stop at same time, to ensure the final products in good condition.
