Vacuum atmosphere box resistance furnace (1000℃-1200℃)

SGM series of high-temperature laboratory Muffle Furnace has the perfect design, possess many patents, the safety, reliability and practicability of which all show the best performance.

1.      The highest temperature reaches 1000℃and 1200℃.

2.      Adopt the vacuum forming technology. Furnace wires are embedded in the inner surface of the ceramic fiber chamber. One-step forming liner of furnace chamber could prevent heating elements from the pollution of volatile matter.

3.      Furnace wires are embedded in the inner four sides of the changeable chamber. Special insulation is designed.

4.      Double-layer heat insulation and air circulation allow the outside surface in a low temperature.

5.      Designed with the following functions:

SCR control;  PID parameter self-setting; manual or automatic switch without interference; 30 programmable periods; continuously constant temperature and temperature control; automatically power off when the furnace door is opened; over-temperature alarm; the built-in parameter password to control the furnace.

6. Equipped with the fast heating rate of 10-30℃/min and the low energy consumption of more than 50%.

7. High precision of temperature control is within ±1℃, over temperature value less than 3℃ and temperature uniformity within ±6℃.

8. Multiple safety protection design guarantees good safety and long working life.

9. Side door, which is opened from one side, is easy and convenient to operate.

10. The vacuum degree of common vacuum furnace is -0.098MPa. Users can choose the high vacuum equipment, high vacuum furnace body structure and high vacuum unit with the vacuum degree of 6.67*10-1Pa.

11. Elegant appearance combined with full-door structure.

12. The multiple safety protection design provides good safety and long working life.
