They are mainly used in the sintering and oxidation experiments of cermets, composite ceramic materials, nanophase materials, functionally gradient materials, nano thermoelectric materials and crystalline materials.

 
Technical features:

1. This equipment uses composite ceramic heating elements of SGM. HE series which can not only work in oxidizing atmosphere, but also under vacuum and inert gas conditions, filling the international blank in the ultra high temperature field. In oxidizing atmosphere the highest temperature can reach 2000 ℃ and the long-term working temperature can reach 1950℃. Under vacuum and inert gas conditions the highest temperature can reach 2600℃, and the long-term working temperature can reach 2200 ℃. The working condition is based on the technical parameters in the order.

2. This equipment uses contact-type ultra-high temperature sensors of SGM. TR series to measure the furnace temperature, which have the advantages of high precision in temperature measure and good performance in temperature control, the long-term use of temperature 1900 ℃ (oxidizing atmosphere). The long-term working condition in oxidizing atmosphere is 1900℃.

3. This device has a fast heating speed of 1800℃ within 150 minutes.

4. The equipment has good thermal shock resistance, which can be used in thermal shock resistance experiments of ultra-high temperature materials. Stable and reliable heating elements have long working life and low maintenance costs.
