Product features:
1. Reducer gear for high intensity alloying carburizing steels, by carburizing quench grinding gears, 6th levels of precision. High intensity of gear transmission, low noise.
2. Distribution box small helical gear cone Angle, using qualitative, 38GrMoAl by nc gear hobbing teeth after nitriding process, high precision, high hardness.
3. Adopt ductile iron box and high strength thrust self-aligning roller bearings design, reliable performance, can withstand the big axial thrust.
4. Rreducer and distribution box are equipped with cooling device, safety of operation.
5. All cutting shape smoothly artistic.
Except existing specification, still can design and manufacture according to customers’ requirements of other specifications of products.
