The RX-202P1 video balun with surge protection is a passive(non-amplified)device that allows the transmission of real-time CCTV video signal via cost-effective Unshielded Twisted Paired(UTP)cable.Baseband(composite)signals of any type are supported.
The flexible mini-coax pigtail lead allows RX-202P1 to fit neatly inside CCTV camera back boxed and dome camera enclosures.Screw terminals of RX-202P1 allows easy connection of UTP cable output Used in pairs,RX-202P1 eliminates costly and bulky coaxial cable, allowing live CCTV color video signal up to 1100ft(330m).RX-202P1 is also compatible with all the other RXTEC passive transceiver for application at distance up to 1100ft(330m)and active receiver up to 4500ft(1500m).
The suerrial interference rejection and low emissions of the RX-202P1 allow vieo signals to coexist in the same wire bundle as telephone,datacom,or low voltgae power circuits.This allows the use of a shared or existing cable plant.RX-202P1 has built-in surge suppression to protect video equipment against damaging voltage spikes.Its crosstalk and noise immunity enusure quality video signals.
