Eero Saarinen Oval Tulip table
Tulip Table was designed by Eero Saarinen in 1964.The wide range of available sizes provides a multitude of options from the occasional table up to a full size dining table. The design principle is a circular base from which a stem extends upward to a larger circular top. The Tulip is available in a wide variety of sizes and is the single most celebrated design in a mid-century modern tables. In the design phase of Eero Saarinen earliest prototype, the Tulip Table stem and base were made of fiberglass.
