Multi-rope Friction Hoister For Coal Mine
Equipments for Coal Mine Application:

This series of products are applied in the vertical well of coal mine, metal mine and non-metallic mine, used for lifting and lowering coal, mineral, workers, material and equipments.etc.

Working principle:
The closed steel rope, in the middle of which hang the container, is strung on the drum. When the motor drives the drum to revolve, the container can be lifted or lowered due to friction between the rope and drum. The electrified transmission regulates the speed.The disc brake works with the electrified control via hydraulic pressure. We can know about the container depth by the indicating system at each location. And the whole system can be supervised and protected by the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic joint system composed of all kinds of transducers and control units. Computer and network technology is applied to transfer the information between the outside and the inside of the hoister.

Technical features:
1. The hoister can be equipped with single brake disk or double brake disk friction wheel according to performance parameter requirements. The friction lining of floor-type friction hoister is double rope groove equipped with rope pullout device. And the well tower type is single rope groove.
2. In condition of oilfree, water spraying or specialized grease application, the friction lining material is domestic GM-3 or foreign GDM-326, which are of high-properties, and the friction coefficient is no less than 0.25.
3. The hoisting sheave and guide wheel device applies eccentric arrangement. There is liner of polymer wear-resisting material equipped on the rim, which reduces the steel rope wearing.
4. Applying oil cylinder postpositioned disc brake and electrical-hydraulic joint control. There are two types of hydraulic station: medium pressure and middle-high pressure. Each type of hydraulic station also has two braking methods: constant braking torque, electrified delay and hydraulic delay, secondary braking; constant speed reduction and constant braking torque, secondary braking, which can be equipped with pressure relay, pressure transducer and pressure transmitter. 
5. Of speed measuring transmission and back-up protection, equipped with parts such as brake disc deflection supervising device, steel rope sliding supervising device, groove lathing device and special tool. etc.
6. Four kind of operating floor, all applies integral signal light. Two of them are table-type equipped with new model integrated joystick, one of which is with LCD computer; the other two are split-type equipped with digital depth indicator.  All have exclusive table for Industrial TV or computer, printer. etc.
7. Equipped with mine hoister network control and remote diagnosis system.
8. Apply WSM-3 new model environmental protection non-asbestos brake block, the superior properties of which can protect the disc brake.
