Usage: The function of this equipment is to utilize microwave for penetrated rapid heating for insulating rubber strips, The inside and outside of the rubber sealing strip is heated by microwave uniform and fast. And in the same time the hot air is blown to the microwave oven for avoid from difference of temperature of surface and inside of the rubber strip because of heat radiation of surface; Through microwave vulcanization equipment, the temperature of rubber  inside and outside can reach to the required same temperature , then can get the ideal vulcanization result.

2.       Failure display function. If one magnetrons tube is not operating, the indicator lamp will display immediately;

Structure:

The equipment include electric control system, microwave heating oven, microwave suppresser, conveyer belt, mechanical transmission device, rack, and hot air circulating system, etc.

Microwave cavity is provided with multi-point microwave feed inlets, for uniform heating. Owing to elaborated design, there exists very little mutual interference between the outlets and inlets.

The source of microwave is composed of magnetrons tubes and related protective circuits.

The micro suppresser guarantee the leakage of microwave at the inlet and outlet is less than the China government standards;

The speed of conveyer belt can be adjusted;

The mechanical transmission structure is equipped with the deviation rectifying device, it can prevent and correct the deviated running of conveyer belt;
