Applications:
This equipment are applied in the shaft sinking of coal mine, metal mine and non-metallic mine, for lifting and lowering the material and workers. They are the exclusive equipments for shaft sinking in mining.
Working Principle:
The motor drives gearbox and then the power is transmitted to the winding drum with steel rope, so the lifting and lowering of container are realized; the speed is controlled by electrified transmission, the disc brake is controlled by hydraulic and electrified controller; there is location indicating system to indicate the container depth; there are a variety of transducers and control units, composing the joint mechanical, electric and hydraulic control system, which supervise and protects the whole equipments; computer and network technology is applied to transfer the information between the outside and the inside of the hoist.

Technical Features:
1. Having a variety type of winding drum: integral type, two segments type.
2. Winding drum rope groove is spiral groove compacted by engineering plastic lining, and equipped with steel rope transition device between the layers.
3. Applying the oil cylinder postpositioned disc brake, joint controlled by electric-hydraulic; two types of hydraulic station: medium-pressure and middle & high-pressure. Hydraulic station has constant braking torque electric delay and hydraulic delay 2-stage braking. The hydraulic station can transfer the pressure signal via pressure transducer or pressure relay.
4. The main shaft is friction-connected with the drum by large plane torque.
5. Having signal monitor device composed of photoelectric encoder, autosyn and low speed DC speed indicating generator, capable of supervising over speed, over winding, depth indicator failure, brake shoe wearing, and spring fatigue, etc. These also play as a good protector.
6. Two kinds of operating floor: integral type and split type. All apply integrated signal light, electric instrument of reliable performance, new model integral type joystick and depth indicating system of digital depth indicator and digital and screw integrated depth indicator. All have exclusive table for Industrial TV or computer, printer, etc.
7. Pulley units apply one-piece casting structure or two-segment welding structure, supported by rolling bearing and equipped with friction liner of PVC or nylon on the rim.
8. Can be equipped with mine hoist network control and remote diagnosis system.
