Application: it is suitable for rubber and plastic raw materials, paint, printing ink, chemical raw materials, etc. place raw material on the mold, clamped in the machine electric plates, form the material under appropriate pressure and temperature for lab trial or test purpose.
The machine has pressing vulcanization manual/automatic timing control and high and low pressure exhaust timing functions; hydraulic system adopt Taiwan hydraulic parts with special circuit and high stability of oil electric control system to ensure the stability of the pressure and adjusting control;
Electric control adopts Japan RKC temperature controller and high precision sensor and Taiwan FOTEK solid relay and Taiwan heating tube control to ensure the safety and stability of the equilibrium temperature operation; Electrical control system adopt Omron and Tiande famous brand switch electrical appliances.
1. This rubber brick making machine is used for all kinds of vulcanizing mould, rubber and plastic mould products, and non-mould products.
2. Being a column structure and downward pressing type, the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
3.This engine base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame, which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensity and anti-abrasion. The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.
4.By moving the operational handle of the control valve to the two different positions, the heating plate can open and close.
5.It uses the electrical heated tube for heating, thus makes the workshop clean with easy and reliable operation.
6.Each layer is matched with two sets of moulds, so it can be vulcanized batch by batch for better efficiency.
