SGZ series centrifuge separator is a automatic centrifuge separator with three foot, scraper bottom discharge, intermittent operation, process control. It can be setup process according to your requirement, It will finish feeding, separating, washing, Dehydration, discharging process by hydraulic and electrical control system. It can be applied in far, close operation. This machine is adopted narrow scraper to low discharge. So this machine is not only used in separating suspension with 0.05-0.15mm solid grain, but also be used in separating the material which is strong thermal sensitivity, not allowed to be broken, operator access is difficult.

Working principle of centrifuge separator:
The material to be separated by the feeding tube into the high-speed rotation of the centrifuge drum, the force field in the centrifuge under the influence of material through the filter cloth, liquid via a liquid pipe discharges, solid-phase is trapped in the drum, the drum inside the cake to be provided for added material to reach the machine, stop charging on the cake for washing, while washing liquid filter out, to separate request, the centrifuge low speed operation, operation of hand scraper device, through the first radial scraper, and then axial scraper, the drum of the filter cake scraped, scraper device reset, to complete a cycle of work.
