JZ100 Shock Absorber Performance Test Bench mainly tests the performance and durability for the front (rear) shock absorber of motorcycles.
(1) The performance test can satisfy the requirements of automobile industry standard (2007 version). The test items include indicator characteristics, speed characteristics, temperature characteristics and static friction force, etc;
(2) The indicator diagram, compression-buffer resistance chart, velocity characteristics curve, temperature characteristics curve and static friction force curve are included in the performance curve;
(3) It can display and print the test data, lists and performance curves;
(4) It has the alarming prompt function when the performance test parameters are abnormal or the operation of the equipment is abnormal;
(5) The vibration travel and vibration speed can be set;
(6) The shock absorber can be mounted sideways in the durability test;
(7) When the number of working cycles of the durability test reaches the set value, it shall autostop with the buzzer alarming and the indicator lamp prompting;
(8) It has the out-of-limit protection function and the emergency stop function.
