MA series Motorcycle Safety Test Line mainly gives a test for motorcycle when leaving the production line. The test items include odometer calibration, front (rear)-wheel braking force test, top speed test and relative offset between front-wheel and rear-wheel’s center plane test (wheel offset test for short). The test line also sets apart some interfaces for testing devices of idle exhaust, headlamp, horn’s sound level, and axle load. With the help of devices above, the test line can also carry out the tests like exhaust emission test at idle speed, luminous intensity and irradiation place test for headlamp, horn’s sound level test, and axle load test.
