Electric Motorcycle Safety Test Line mainly gives a test for electric motorcycle or electric-propelled moped when leaving the production line. The industrial computer is adopted as the control platform in the test line to complete data acquisition and measurement & control. It excels in anti-interference and reliability. The test process is automated and the test data & result can be displayed, printed and stored automatically according to the national standard. The test items include odometer calibration, front (rear)-wheel braking force test, top speed test and relative offset between front-wheel and rear-wheel’s center plane test (wheel offset test for short), energy consumption test and driving range test. The test line also sets apart some interfaces for testing devices of headlamp, horn’s sound level, and axle load. With the help of devices above, the test line can also carry out the tests like luminous intensity and irradiation place test for headlamp, horn’s sound level test, and axle load test.
