1.Application

JSK4-d range air time-delay contactor relay is used in 50Hz(or 60Hz),rated voltage up to 380V or DC voltage up to 220V automatic control circuit, for time-delay components, and making or breaking circuit in forecast time .

2.Type and character

 structure feature

Relay is the modular structure; JSK4-d is arranged by JZC3-22d contactor way relay and SK4-d range air time-delay terminal. JSK4 is arranged by JZC3-22 contactor way relay and SK4 range air time-delay terminal, all accord air damping theory, use powder metallurgy unit as air filters, regulate knobs, and then continuously change time-delay value.

 Ambient temperature: -25°C~+60°C;

 Elevation≤3000m;

 Relative humidity is not exceeding 85% at the maximum ambient        

temperature +40°C. Should give consideration to the dews, which would  

appear due to temperature change;                                                                                                                                                               Vibration condition: relay should be installed at the place without significantly shaken, shock and vibration.

Installation gradient: the tilt gradient with vertical face should ≤5°, can installed by screw or rail track;

Pollution grade: Grade 3;

Installation categories: class Ⅱ;

Air condition: be able to bear the influence of moisture in the air,salt fog,oil fog,mould,humid air on the sea.

Tilt: all direction should low than 22.5°

Vibration: all direction should low than 22.5°

Shock: can bear frequency 2-13.2Hz and amplitude in ±1mm or frequency 13.2~80Hz and acceleration ±7m/s2

Power voltage and frequency changes: steady-state voltage is +6%~-10% of rated voltage, steady-state frequency change is ±5% or rated frequency.

The inclined angle between the mounting surface and vertical surface no more than 5° .
