The system is used to test upper beam luminous intensity and lower beam anti-dazzle characteristic for power-driven vehicle’s headlamp. It can improve performance and mounting quality of vehicle’s lighting fitting, which is an absolutely necessary device for model certification.

The system adopts the industrial control computer as the man-and-machine operating
interface, and tests the mounting position of motorcycle headlamp to adjust it to the optimal
position. According to the national correlative standards, the test procedure respectively gives tests for upper beam luminous intensity and lower beam anti-dazzle characteristic (namely, cut-off line height and cut-off line offset).
