Capacity: 600-700t/h, the stones blasting down from the mountains less than 1020mm are delivered into the vibrating feeder by the dump truck, the vibrating feeder evenly transmits the stones into the jaw crusher, and the jaw crusher does the primary crushing to the stones. The sizes of the Stones from the jaw crusher are 150mm-300mm, the vibrating feeder transmits them into the high-efficiency hydraulic cone crusher for the second crushing. The Vibrating Feeder screens the materials, the materials bigger than 40mm are delivered back to the cone crusher for re-crushing and the materials smaller than 40mm the finished products are transported into the stone shaping machine for shaping by the belt conveyor, the shaped finished products are screened by the vibrating screen, afterwards, the materials are delivered to the finished product area by the belt conveyor.

Note: the material smaller than 320mm is transmitted directly into the cone crusher, the primary crushing is not needed.

2. PE1200× 1500 Jaw Crusher

Max feed size: 950mm, capacity: 400-800t/h, power: 220kw. It mainly consists of the frame, the eccentric shaft, the pulley, the flywheel, the moving jaw, the side guard plate, the toggle plate, the toggle plate back, the adjust gap screw, the reset spring, the fixed jaw plate and the moving jaw plate, the toggle plate has the safety function. The jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing the medium-grained ores and bulk materials; it can crush materials of compression strength not more than 320Mpa.
