Cotton Flat

 

Cotton flat is a by-product of the yarn spinning industry produced in the first carding machine. This fibre is usually longer and has higher trash compared to comber noil.

 

Specification:

(1) Flat (A) : length 20-26mm, micronaire 3.0-4.0, strength 22+, trash 4-6%.

(2) Flat (B) : length 20-26mm, micronaire 3.0-3.5, strength 22+, trash 8-11%.

(3) Flat : lengath 20-26mm, micronaire 3,0-3.5, strength 22+, trash 15%.
