Materials: Pump body with high-temperature-proof plastic material. The sleeve and shaft with high-strength ceramics. (Note: usually common pump only with the ceramic shaft, without ceramic sleeve)
Structure: with three suction cups on the bottom, can be arbitrarily fixed on a smooth surface.
 
Power cord: diameter 3.0MM waterproof round wire length of 0.5 meters. Brown is Postive, Blue is egative. Auto-protection when reverse connected.

Suitable medium: water, oil, and other acid-base solution. (Land use when pumping acidic liquids, submersible installation is not advised at this case)
Max Operating Temperature: resistance to high temperature of 100 degrees. Pumps can dive at room temperature, land use (not soaking) at high temperature(>65C). (Pump body material itself can be resistant to 200 degree Celsuis)
Useages: Mainly used for mini solar fountain, equipment water cooling, medical use, coffee maker, etc.
 
This pump product, with ceramic shaft and ceramic sleeve, ultra-quiet and eco-friendly. The consecutive life expectancy of can be over 20,000 hours. Amphibious use(Soaking or not). Non-self-priming, water should be able actively flow into inlet of pump at land use connecting with outside pipe. Long time work without fluids inside pump can be damagable.
 
 
How to Choose pump:

1. Make sure the working voltage, current, head and flow. The Max head means the static head. The pump can lift to the max heightwhen there is no flow. If you want special flow at special height, you must choose more higher head than the height you want to pump.

2. Make sure the dimension(threaded interface or not, the direction and diameter of outlet and inlet).

3. Working environment(temperature and medium).

4. Other functional requirements, such as time control, motion control, pressure control, flow control, and speed adjustment.
 
NOTE when using:
1 Work at over-voltage is forbidden. Voltage can be highly more than rated voltage for Battery with more than 5AH at full capacity when there is no voltage-limitation measure. Pls test the supply voltage before working if you are not sure about it.
2 No direct AC Power supply.
3 About the Max static head. Pump with 1.8m head doesn't mean that it can spray as high as 1.8m when connecting with power supply. The real mean of head is that the vertical height of the water column in the plumbing. Spray head is much lower than head.
4 Regulated power supply and switching power supply are advised for more than 0.8A for a certain margin.
5 Pump is not allowed to disassembly unauthorized. Ceramic shaft and sleeve are precisely installed and it's difficult for non-professionals to reassembly. We are not responsible for quality problems caused by this.
6 Ferromagnetic impurity and particles should not be in pump for they affect magnetic actuator and bearing friction. Pump should be promptly cleaned when transporting media that is easy to crystallize or precipitate( Clean operation: pumping clean water for 1min). Pls filter articles before inlet when pumping fluids with solid particles.

5 Pump parameters can be adjusted by stator winding, eg. the max head of this pump can be from 0.7m to 1.8m, etc. Quite working voltage range.
6 Four suction cups in pump base. They can also be removed as you wish.
