The machine makes various kinds of medical, cosmetics, sodas and mineral water bottle caps from granular plastic raw material which is fed via the hopper, plasticized with high temperature, and then forms die block that is extruded from the discharge outlet of the extruder, cut with the cutting tray, uniformly distributed into each mold cavity and finally mold pressed. Bottle caps are made by this machine is without injection piont, excellent quality and beautiful appearance.
At present, we have successfully developed cap compression moulding machine with hydraulic by trial and error, it is equipped with a whole set of hydraulic reciprocating transmission which is characterized by stable transmission in mold lifting, low noise and easy operation. Moreover, this machine is also equipped with automatic temperature control devices and a speed matching system of the extruder and the molding machine are installed to optimize the temperature of molds and materials, which makes the machine durable and stable. It is characterized by easy operation and economy in electricity, water, raw material and labor power, increases its output by three to four times compared with traditional injection molding machine with the same power consumption. It has no runner waste material, the cooling water and yydraulic oil can be recycled. It greatly reduce the cost of making caps.
