This is automatic specialized equipment which using the high-speed imaging system, for testing the electrode of Li-ion battery. The sub-cut electrode winding materials are fixed on the negative ones, and stick a red mark on it, then rewinding automatically. 

It can be detected the exposed painted electrode which diameter is not less than 1mm.

It can be detected the coating electrode with scrape, or uneven coating of the negative electrode.

It can be detected the electrode which coating length deviation is more than 5mm.

It can be detected the abnormal length of the single electrode like tape slicing and so on.
