Impact Crusher
Impact crusher is generally used as secondary crusher, for its feeding size is relatively smaller compared to jaw crusher. Impact crusher can also be used as primary crusher according to the customer’s requirements. It is widely used in highway, reservoir, railway, airport construction and other fields that need rock with cubic shape. Impact crusher features high capacity, high performance, high reduction ratio, cubic shape and low flakiness.
Its working principle is much similar to hammer crusher’s. When material is fed into the blow bar function area, the materials fall into breakage because of high-speed impact and get the second breakage after being thrown to the impact plate installed above rotor, and finally rebound to the blow bar area to get repeat crushing. The process repeats until materials are broken to the required size and then discharged from the bottom of the crusher. We can get our required size of the end products by adjusting the clearance between the impact frame and the rotor frame.
