LL Series Vertical Centrifuge for Coal Washing 
Vertical Centrifuge Application:

Mainly used for dewatering of clean-coal and middlings sized 0~25mm, the max. feeding material particle size should be no more than 25mm.

 

Main features:

It is of high centrifugal strength, low products moisture, simple operation, low noise and long working life.

Easy-wearing parts applies new processing and new material according to requirements, which prolongs their life and reduced the replacement.

 

Working principle:

The sieve basket rotates in high speed. When the material is fed into the centrifuge, the water is seperated under the action of centrifuge and discharged through the screen cut. The two groups of gears produce a differential speed between the sieve basket and scraper, which scrapes the material covering on the sieve basket.

Ordering instruction:

 1. Screen cut can be provided according to the customer's requirements. (we have 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.5 etc. for you to choose from).

2. The main machine is provided in full set (including motor)
