MCZ100 Motorcycle Automatic Driving System is a new intelligent test system that is independently designed and developed according to the technical requirements of the national standard and the occident certification codes.
(1) To realize the motorcycle drive, which is a complicated nonlinear time change progress, the system adopts the intelligent fuzzy control strategy, high precision data acquisition system, and servo drive mechanism. Advanced experience of expert drivers is preset in this system. The differences of the vehicles are fully considered when automatic driving system is designed, which makes it possible to drive the vehicle automatically by simple self-learning and adjusting;
(2) In durability test, it can simulate the thinking manner and control experience of the human to complete the intelligent control for the motorcycle, which includes the starting (the coordination of the accelerator and clutch), gear shifting, and braking for the motorcycle and the speed control;
(3) The system can carry out the test for two-wheeled ride-type motorcycle, scooter, moped, three-wheeled motorcycle, and four-wheeled ATV, and can be easily connected with the interface of chassis dynamometer. It can be applicable to not only the MC100 Series Motorcycle Chassis Dynamometer produced by our company, but also the chassis dynamometers of the other manufacturers at home and abroad.
