Advantages of Brushless DC Pump (Novel Magnetic Isolated Pump)
Pumps are designed by static sealing instead of dynamic sealing through magnetic drive to achieve non-contact torque transmission, enabling pump body as a completely physical-sealed whole and there is no leakage or dripping after long-time use. Pumps can be fit for pumping or circulation of flammable, explosive and toxic medium.
Compared with common-used Brushless Motor DC Pump, magnetic-driving pump has several advantages as follows.
1, Shaft can be static-sealed not dynamic-sealed, completely waterproof and leakage of medium. Pump can be amphibious.
2, No needs of extra Lubricant and coolant, power-saving.
3, Small power consumption, high efficiency, and damping effect to reduce the impact of motor vibration to pump body and impact of pump cavitating vibration to the motor.
4, Rotor can slip on ceramic shaft when overloaded, protecting motor and pump itself.
5, Adopting electronic component commutation, not brush commutation. No carbon brush friction. Shaft and magnet has been injected as a whole. Stator part and rotor part are completely separated from each other, while stator and circuit board are completely potted by epoxy material. Rotor is made of permanent magnetic material while pump body adopts eco-friendly material. Low noise, micro size and stable performance.
6, Pump can work at voltage of wide range. Parameters can be flexibly customized by the stator winding.
