This machine is suitable for small volume liquid filling, plugging and capping, like vial anti-biotic, eye drops etc.
AISI 316L or high-precision ceramic rotating piston pumps are driven with servo motors. Only set-up on touch screen for automatic accurate correction. Each piston pump can be minim adjusted.
All liquid contact parts are of AISI 316L and medical silicon rubber.
Plugging and capping with mechanical devices, more stable and reliable.
7.7-inch color touch screen, display working state in multi languages.
Changeable capping heads for different cap.
Optional nitrogen protection and laminar.
