Forging Shaft used for wind power and hydropower and steam turbine rotor


We can supply turbine generator main shaft and rotor forgings including 1.5 MW,
2MW and 3 MW wind turbine generators, hydro turbine generator, steam turbine 
generator, thermal turbine generator.

 

Our factory has 2000Mt, 3150 Mt, 6000Mt open die hydraulic press, the max forging 
weight is 45 Mt. Our factory has advanced processing machines, including CNC lathes 
and CNC boring machines, 12meter deep shaft heat treatment furnace, etc. We can
 supply final machined wind turbine shafts. Through long time production, we have rich 
experience in 34CrNiMo6 and 18CrNiMo6 material and heat treatment.

We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical 
analysis, metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, 
ultrasonic test, magnetic particle test, etc.

 
All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnaces. We can choose ESR raw material according
 to customers requirements.
