I. Features and usage
DB2000-IA injection pump test stand is a new digital indicating test stand designed in order to meet customers' demands. It adopts advanced technology of frequency conversion, speed change and industrial controlling computer with the advantages of wide speed regulation, steady performance and convenience operation. The test stand also has compact structure, reasonable distribution, elegant shape, especially it is easy to install and operate. Technical data includes rotating speed, oil measuring frequency and oil temperature can be indicated digitally and printed easily. It’s ideal adjusting equipment of all kinds of injection pump.
The main adjusting items of DB2000-IA injection pump test stand are as follows:
1. Test capacity and uniformity of fuel supply in each cylinder of injection pump.
2. Check supplying interval angle of injection pump statically.
3. Check working performance of mechanic and pneumatic governor.
4. Test sealing performance of injection pump.
5. Do an experiment on advance device and air governor with accessories.
6. Measure oil return capacity and pump’s inner pressure at various speeds.
7. Check pressure compensator of distribution pump.
8. Adjust working performance of vacuum governor.
