Model DX1020 face milling machine is composed of machine body, sliding table, stand column, elevating table, horizontal feed mechanism, elevating mechanism, electrical control system etc.
The machine body is of welding structure, annealing treatment. It has the characteristic of high intensity, small deformation. The machine body rail, one is rectangle rail which has big capacity, and one is V-type rail which has high precision. The slipway is casting steel stricture which has good wear resistance. The slipway rail and machine body rail has good cooperation precision after grinding.
The elevating table is the connection of the stand column and milling head, its up part is of worm wheel and worm angle turning system, which can make the milling head turning some degrees.
The horizontal feed mechanism is installed on the machine body, and composed by motor speed-reducer (double-speed), lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc, The motor is frequency control double-speed motor, which can make both workpiece feeding speed-adjust, and lost motion quick-return operation.
The elevating mechanism is installed on the stand column, and composed by motor speed-reducer, lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc, the motor is frequency control double-speed motor which can make convenient speed-adjustment.
The electrical box is controlling action of the feeding motor rotation, milling head rotation, and workpiece clamping. The feeding speed adjustment is accomplished by the inverter frequency alternation.
