1. Structure and characteristic

This equipment combined the characteristics of parallel moving the steel and turning over as the assistant machine. The steel moving machine installed 90° turning over frame, which could turn over at double direction, and its two turning over arms could open at 180° and hide into the steel moving machine, it effectively combined the advantages of parallel steel moving machine with turning over machine as one unit, and take advantage of eccentricity turning over to generate height difference that resolve the movement requirement of stepping forward and lifting workpiece, and reduce the support up system and eliminate the unstable element of supporting up heavy workpiece. Two turning over arms are separately controlled by two high pressure oil cylinder, which could turn over at 90°. The moving system used fast speed ratio gear driving system, which makes turn over more safe and credible; the big type bone structure guarantees the enough carrying capacity and rigidity.
