II. Composed Devices
1. Hydraulic entry car Capacity: 15T
This car can move and lift with the coil plates.
2. Hydraulic decoiler
This is composed of bottom stand(guiding track pattern), frame, taper supporting tray, hydraulic pushing machine, etc.
3. Hydraulic pressing, shovel-head, pinch and preliminary flattening device.:
This is composed of bottom-stand(frame), hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, coil opener, hydraulic shovel-head device, hydraulic pinch and preliminary flattening device, power device, etc.
(a) Hydraulic pressing & guiding device:
This is composed of hydraulic pressing and guiding arm, pressing and guiding wheel(cover by rubber), sprocket wheel, chain, accompany of 11KW cycloid pinwheel decelerating motor, etc.
(b) Hydraulic shovel-head device:
This is composed of shovel-head body, hydraulic shovel-head, balanced device for hydraulic shovel-head.
(c) Hydraulic pinch and preliminary flattening machine:
This is composed of slide-stand, pinch roller(2pcs), hydraulic pinch device, 2pcs of pre-flattening rollers, hydraulic pre-flattening device, etc.

6. Slitting machine
Power part: This is composed of power-stand, 850decelerator, 110KW motor, gear distributing case, coupler, connecting shaft and connecting-cover, etc.
Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ300mm, 2pcs), moveable bracket, slide, bracket adjustment device (fore-and-aft), knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band.
7. Scrap winder orbit table
This is composed of frame, waste selvage axle, waste selvage tray, friction wheel, accompany of sprocket wheel, chain, 400decelerator, 11KW motor, rolling-orbit, bearing-stand etc.
8. Straightener
It makes uneven steels even and guide them to the right following process. It also do the fixed length cutting and fixed quantity packing to the plates.
It is composed of 11 working rollers, driving device, including 2 pinch rollers and machine frame. Both sides of each rolling wheel is transmitted by roll bearing , except the code rollers, all are the main force rollers.
The working rollers use 4kw electric machine to adjust the upper and lower gap through the turbine decelerator box to make sure the even quality.
Drive model: all the independent rollers and gear box are driven by 55kw DC electromotor and decelerate by decelerator . And it is composed of the gear distributor and all-round coupling as well as the hydraulic brake devices and so on.
9. PLC fixed length control device
◆It is composed of the code transition device , code control device and rotary coder.
◆The electrical control is controlled by PLC automatically to make the fixed length cutting and count possible.
10． Hydraulic shearing machine
◆Adopt the gap adjustment design which can cut the different thickness and can shear 10mm steel plate .
◆Cooperate with the signal direct from the feeder and shear automatically
11. Unload working table
◆it is designed with the crossing pneumatic piling device

12. Hydraulic system

IV. The foundation engineering of the equipment
◆The seller will provide the buyer the foundation ichnographies of the equipment in 80days after signing contract.
◆The construction and monitoring of all the foundation engineering of the equipment are in the control of the buyer.
◆The foundation holes are reserved holes which work for the foot holes of equipment.
◆After the equipment has been installed, the buyer is responsible for the foundation hole irrigation mud.
V. Other terms
1. The price of the whole line would be CNY 1200000 EXW
2. Delivery time: 120 days after receiving 40% down payment.
3. Payment term: T/T40% as advance , 60% T/T before the shipment.
