Working principle of Cone crusher

When the Cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric bearing bushing via spring coupling, transmission shaft and a couple of cone gear wheels. The crushing cone axis is forced to swing by the eccentric bearing bushing, which makes the mantle sometimes close to the bowl liner, and sometimes far away from the bowl liner. Working principle

When machine running, the motor is rotating driven by pulley or coupling, drive shaft and the conus in the eccentric sleeve, under which the motor is forced to move around a fixed rotary pendulum. Thus the crushing wall near and leaves the rolled Shirakabe surface which is mounted on the the adjustment sleeve. In that condition, ore is constantly under attack, squeezing and bending in the crushing cavity to reach broken effect.

When foreign materials went into crushing cavity or machine overload, cone crusher will start spring insurance system for safety. The mine discharging mouth will be larger, the foreign matter discharges from the crushing chamber. We can use clear chamber system if foreign materials stucked and let the foreigners out the crushing chamber. And then, under the action of the spring, mine discharging mouth automatically reset and the machine back to normal.
