Functions
 
Alarm host  the brain of IP cloud home alarm system, connect the sensors, cloud server with the APP on the mobile phone.


Magnetic door contact installed on the door, window, drawer.


PIR sensor usually used in the house close to the door or window.
when system is in arming state, illegal intruder will be detected, then the security alarm siren make a loud alarm sound, at the same time, report to the host, warning on the smartphone or tablet.


Smoke fire sensor detect the smoke and smog concentration, if a fire disaster, the device alarm to the IP cloud ,alarm system on the smartphone or tablet.
 
Gas detector detect LPG/natural gas/coal gas concentration in the kitchen, if the concentration exceed the health standard, device will r  the device alarm to the IP cloud ,alarm system on the smartphone or tablet 


Indoor siren , when sensor is triggered, the indoor siren will alarm with light & sound


Outdoor siren when sensor is triggered, the indoor siren will alarm with light & sound to get your neighbor notified that something happens to your house then they can come to help


Remote control  you can arm or disarm the alarm system on the remote control and there is a SOS button on it, if emergency happens, you can get help by pushing it.

1. There are 6 gift box inside a transfer box, each gift box is partitioned with the foam, there even a transparent bag binding on the transfer box surface.

2. We put every 56 transfer boxes in to a big cardboard box, and put it on the pallet with binding.

    For the cardboard box, it is customized according to the good quantity.

    Sometimes, in order to make it stable, we also put some blank big cardboards inside the container.

    With this kind of packing, it prevent each color gift box from wet, shake and crush.

FAQ

1. How can I download the APP?
 
You can download it freely from Google play or APP store with words "IP Alarm".
 
2. Is there an instruction manual?
 
Well, actually, there is no paper manual, as this alarm system is so easy that you don't need it. you can operate it all by yourself. If you really need it, there is instruction in the APP and video which can show you how to operate it.


4.   How can I log in APP?
Turn back the alarm host, you can find the Alarm ID and password from the sticker.
Then enter the ID and password and follow the guide to enter into your account email, user name etc.
 
5.  How do I add/enroll new sensors after the installation?
Ensure the system under "disarm" mode,"
- Go to the menu ′Device' in the IP app
- Select '+′ to add Device
- Select the appropriate device illustrated.
- Press ′Enroll′ and follow the instructions in the Video.
- Wait for the confirmation from the server.
- After enroll, edit the location name of the device.
- Done
 
6. How can I know if the enroll sensors is successful or fail?
If your enroll succeeded, Red light of alarm host will flash quickly for 5seconds and the acoustic buzzer sound with 5 beeps at same rate as red light flashes.
But if your Enroll failed, Red light of alarm hot will be off, and Acoustic buzzer sound 1.5 s.
 
7. How many sensors in maximum that I can enroll in total?
You can enroll in max.10 pcs Remote controls, 19 pcs Smoke detector or gas detector, 40 pcs Door /Window sensor and 40 pcs Motion detectors.
 
8. How can I change the password?
Go to "Set up "profile, and choose " change password".
Then enter the old password, followed by enter a new password. Repeat the new password to ensure correct entry.
