Mineral Ball Mill/Cone Ball Mill
It usually adopts wet type ball mill in the mineral production.
The grate and overflow type ball mills are the most universal equipment in the mineral plant. The grate type is usually used in the first segment of the two stages, or place of discharging the rough ore. The overflow ball mill has the advantage of relatively simple structure --no grate fence, high fineness and comparable less ball load etc. Widely used in the second segment fine grinding or the requirement for comparable finer products.

Ball Mill is an efficient tool for grinding many materials into fine powder. The Ball Mill is used to grind many kinds of mine and other materials, or to select the mine. It is widely used in building material, chemical industry, etc. There are two ways of grinding: The dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different expelling mine.
1. Grate Ball Mill
There is a discharging grate plate installed at the discharging end, in the inner surface of the hollow shaft liner equipped with anti-spiral blades, it can overflow the ore pulp out of the ball and made the crude ore back to the mill. Typically, ball mill with cylinder diameter of 900-2100mm and motor power lower than 400kw adopts the high starting torque of Y series drive way and JR asynchronous motor drive way, in the middle connecting by reducer and coupling.
2. Autogenous mill
Autogenously mill driven the material itself constantly impact and grind in the mill cylinder body. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, ceramics, refractory materials and other industries, especially for grinding low iron materials.
3. Ceramic Ball Mill
Ceramic Ball Mill is mainly used for material mixing and grinding, the fineness of the product are evenly, saving power. It not only can be used for dry grinding but also wet grinding. The liners can be chosen according to the proportion and hardness of materials and capacity required.
4. Rod Mill
Rod mill has dry and wet two forms, users can choose according to their own needs. Our Company adopts the advanced technologies which can controll the in and output size of materials, combined with the actual grinding material equipped with the right grinding machine, we use the line contact instead of the traditional surface contact, which make the output size more uniform and the capacity higher, it is widely used in Refractories, chemical, metallurgy, glass and other industries that have high requirement about the finished prducts uniformity, in recent years, it also be used in sand making industry.
5. Overflow Type Ball Mill
Overflow Type Ball Mill is Applicable for grinding various ores and other materials; It is widely used in mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry and ect. It can be divided into dry and wet grinding way. According to the ways of discharge, it can be divided into grate ball mill and overflow ball mill.
6. Coal Mill
MTZ series cylinder type air-swept coal mill is mainly used for grinding various hardness coals. It is adaptable, reliable and easy maintenance. Cylinder coal mill is equipped with lifting device, screen ball unloaded device, slow transmission device and lubricating device. The lifting device located on the main bearing; When maintenance, it jacks up the rotating parts of the Coal mill. The screen handing ball device is used for regularly screeing and unload the steel ball.
7. Dry mill
Dry mill (dry ball mill)is the key equipment for secondary grinding after material beeing broken. It is consists of feeding part, discharging part, totary part and transmission part (reducer, small driving gear, motors, electrical control) and ect. The hollow shaft adopts steel-casting, the liner can be replaced, the rotary gear use casting hobbing, inside the cylinder it setted with chute liners which have good wear resistance.
8. Cement Mill
Cement mill is the equipment used for grinding raw materials and clinker in the cement plant. It can be used in Open flow powder grinding system or the circle of classifier flow powder grinding system, also it can be used to grind medium hardness materials in metallurgy, power, chemical And other industrials.
