ZXM pneumatic diaphragm cage regulating valve

It is a pressure balanced regulating valve, using cage guide and plug of double sealing. It has exact flow characteristics and low noise. It is widely applied to the fields of petroleum, chemical plant, electric power and smelting. 

Main technical parameters: 

1) nominal size: DN 20-200mm (3/4"~8)

2) nominal pressure: (MPa)1.6\4.0\6.4\10.0 (ASME Class:150/300/400/600)

3) leakage class: IV/V/VI

4) flow characteristics: equal percentage, linear 

5) temperature range: -196~+560celsius

Types of ZXM:

*ZXMO Standard type, the operating Temperature -20 ~ +200celsius, leakage grade II/IV .(PIC 1)

 

* ZXMG Heat dispersing type, the valve covers additional heat radiator which can be used for medium of temperature -60 ~ +450celsius occasions (PIC 2) 

 

* ZXMV The bellows type, which guarantee the sealing of the movement of the stem to form a complete seal environment, blocking external fluid leakage (PIC 3) 

 

* ZXMD low temperature type, the valve using long-necked tube and bellow sealed structure which can be used for cryogenic -196celsius occasions (PIC 4) 

 

* ZXMQ regulate and cut-off valve whose soft sealing type structure up to class VI leakage standards (micro-bubble level) (PIC 5)

 

* Spool \ seat are made of build-up Stellite alloy, suitable for high temperature \ deep cold and other harsh conditions.
