ZXP pneumatic diaphragm single seated regulating valve
Features: It is of compact configuration, light weight, motion agility, and limited loss of pressure drop, large valve capacity and exact flow characteristics. It is widely applied to the fields of petroleum, chemical. plant, electric power and smelting.

Types of ZXP
*ZXPO Standard type, the operating Temperature -20 ~ +200celsius, leakage grade IV .(PIC 1)
* ZXPG Heat dispersing type, the valve covers additional heat radiator which can be used for medium of temperature -60 ~ +450celsius occasions (PIC 2)
* ZXPV The bellows type, which guarantee the sealing of the movement of the stem to form a complete seal environment, blocking external fluid leakage (PIC 3)
* ZXPD low temperature type, the valve using long-necked tube and bellow sealed structure which can be used for cryogenic -196celsius occasions (PIC 4)
* ZXPQ regulate and cut-off valve whose soft sealing type structure up to class VI leakage standards (micro-bubble level) (PIC 5)

Pneumatic bottom tank Valve
ZSQF series pneumatic tank valve applies integrated direct flow structure. Its valve body has streamlined configuration without any blocking flow channel. The flow channel internal face is sand-blasted, smooth and wearing-proof, with small flow resistance and with no dead corner. The soft sealing could ensure zero leakage and the hard sealing applies bead-welded Stellite alloy. The product is suitable for work conditions with high temperature or severe conditions containing solid particles. For food processing, the internal face is paved with Teflon without superior corrosive resistance. It meets highest sanitary standards, applicable for conditions with rigorous sanitary regulations in food and beverage industry.
The product provides two structural forms: up-spread and down-spread, which are suitable to different reaction vessel constructions. The nominal through diameter has a scope of DN25~300mm (1"~12″), the nominal pressure rating is PN1.6~4.0 MPA (ASME Class:150/300), and the applicable fluid temperature range is -60~450celsius. It is widely used in such sectors including chemical industry, food processing, pharmaceutical, etc. for discharging at reaction vessel bottom.
