Production description
1. Our charcoal briquette machines series are four-roller double-pressing type. This type of briquette presses can apply higher pressures and thus produce higher density briquettes.
2. Suitable material for briquetting:
Color and black metallic mine powder.
Coal dust.Other powdery material.
3. Charcoal briquette machine is used for coal, coke, ore dust, iron sludge.
 
Raw Material:  Sawdust, sugar cane, rice husk, rice stalk, corn stalk, cotton stalk etc
Use: Heat boiler, warm house, fireplace etc.
Length of final material:  We can controlled and changed according to our requirement

Working process
1. Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)
2. Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%
3. Put the material into briquette press machine with add any chemical goods, it should accord to the high temperatre
4. Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive
5. Carbonized the briquette stick
