Working Principle
The empty tubes neatly ready in the big container flow in order on a conveyor, automatically plug with the forming dies, and turn over to each station by a turntable; Meanwhile, under the action of a quantitative piston valve which is directly connected to the cone-shaped lockable hopper, the paste material is automatically injected into the tubes at each interval station. The turntable thereupon takes the filled tubes to next stations at where the manipulators seal the tubes' bottom immediately.
The machine can change filling volume by adjusting a flow gauge. When employed with various manipulators, it is capable to deal with multi metal material tubes including aluminium, and furthermore, fold the bottom with two-layer, three-layer or saddle shape. Besides, it can thermo-seal all-plastic tubes and compounded tubes as well.
A coder' s manipulator types dates, series numbers and other data on the sealed bottom, after that the final products will be lead to a collection container automatically.
