Calcium Silicon 
 

Introduction 

Siliocn Calcium Alloy is an ideal compound deoxidant and desulfurizer.

Silicon alloy has a strong compacity of deoxidation, and products after deoxidation could go up and discharge easily. It can also improve the performance of steel, improving the plasticity, toughness and mobility.

 

Currently Silicon Calcium alloy can replace aluminum in the final deoxidation, which could be applied to high-quality steel, special steel and special alloy production.

For example, rail steel, mild steel, stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, titanium-based alloys making etc.

 

Silicon Calcium alloy is also suitable for use as a warming agent in converter steel-making workshop, cast iron inoculant, and the additives in ductile iron production
