Machine Maintenance:
1. Everyday the continuous working time can not exceed 10 hours, ensure cooling water clean and circulating, please change the water frequently to lower temperature. If the weather temperature is too low, antifreeze fluid can be replaced.
2. Each time after using machine, operators should pay attention to clean the table timely, be sure the platform and drive system no dust. Lubricated the three axis regularly.(Attention: If the temperature is too low in winter, ball screw or guide rail shall be flushed clean by gasoline, then add oil. Otherwise, the machine won’t work caused by transmission parts obstructed.
3. Please turn off power supply before taking maintenance treatment, make sure the controller indicator light is off.
