2. Auto Glass Loading Table

3.Auto Breaking Table:

Applications:

The Glass Breaking Table can be applied to float and glaverbel type glass process line, vertical and horizontal glass drawing process line, and glass conveying. It is suitable for glass cutting machine alone with the glass splitting process line.

The Pneumatic Glass Breaking Table performance is stable function and high durability.

Lower power consumption and higher efficient.

The table can break out glass in many positions, reducing the intensity of labor.

Especially suitable for break out thick glass between 8-25mm.

 

Work principle:

Put the cutting score of glass onto the middle part of the straight rod of the table.

Close the air cushion, step the footswitch down.

The straight rod will be pushed upwards by the cylinder to break out the glass instantaneously.

 
 
Work flow:

After the glass loading machine starts, the suction pads arm will get the glass. Under the control of the sensor, the glass will look for the edge automatically in X  and Y directions

Then the glass will be delivered to NC cutter table after it moves to designated position. Under the guidance of laser sensory element, the mechanical- photo electricity combined glass will localize and the cutting knife will move to origin of coordinates according to the instruction and start the auto cutting per preset graphic.

After the cutting is completed, the glass will be delivered to the glass breaking table via the conveyer; the glass will be broken after the roof bar is started. Thus the overall flow is finished.
