E-GALSS WOVEN ROVING
1. Products Application
E-glass woven roving is weaved with E-glass direct roving on Dornier looms, used in hand lay-up, mold press etc., GRP forming processes, main products include boats, panels, automobile parts, storage tanks, large plates, etc.
2. Products Feature and Advantages
Clean woven surface, even thickness, no fuzz
Good molding property, easily delete air bubbles and quickly wet out(resin)
Final products are with high mechanical strength, efficiently retain mechanical strength against boiled water.
3. Packing Style
Woven roving could be produced into different widths, each roll is wound on a suitable cardboard tube with inside diameter of 76mm or 100mm, then put into a polyethylene bag, fastened the bag entrance and packed into a suitable cardboard box. Upon to customer's request, this product could be shipped either with carton packaging only or with pallet packaging. In pallet packaging,
The products could be vertically or horizontally put on the pallets and fastened with packing straps and shrink film.
4. Storage
This product should be stocked in dry and cool places. The best condition is with temperature between 15 and 35 centigrade, with a relative humidity between 30%-70%. Please keep the product in its original packing before use, avoiding moisture.
