AAC block equipment production process
1. Raw material treatment.
In this step , crush and grinder the lime, and convey all the raw material to the storage bin.
2. Ingredient and Mixing
In this step, Mix all the raw material and make it to liquid slurry .
3. Casting, pre-curing and cutting
In this step, cast the slurry to mould frame, and let it pre-curing there, after formed, then cut the material to the fixed size.
Transverse cutting machine is the key plant in this period, it is Used to flip cut for the block paste, six side cut step by step, sophisticated design ensure the accurate cutting.
4. Autoclaved aerated curing
In this step, the paste after cut will be send to settle kettle to realize autoclaved aerated curing, to realize hydrothermal reaction of Cao-sio2 - H2o. Afte curing , come out the finished product.
The still kettle is the key plant to realize autoclaved aerated curing.
5. Finished product AAC block ( Autoclaved aerated concrete block)
