Introduction
 

Aluminum has strong deoxy role in the molten steel, it also can refine grain, improve toughness and prevent aging. During the production, we usually use metal aluminum as the final deoxidizer in the molten steel, but as its light specific gravity, when apply into the liquid steel, it has strong floatage, it may be burnt on the surface of the liquid before deoxidizing completely, which will enlarge its consumption and increase the production cost. However, our FeAl owns its special advantages such as good density, even composition, slow floatage, act with oxygen completely, so as to reduce the burning of aluminum, improve the recovery rate of aluminum and reduce the steelmaking cost obviously.
