SiBaCa
SiBaCa alloy is efficient composite alloy in Barium based alloys, it has a strong deoxidation and desulfurization effect as well as dephosphorize. During the steel making process, barium can effectively reduce the vapor pressure of calcium, increase solubility of calcium in the molten steel, which improve the efficiency of deoxidation and desulfurization and improve the stability of calcium.
Description and Features
1. It is mainly used in steel, cast iron, cast practice embodied the practice process such as diffusion deoxidizer and later inoculant.
2. It intenses the graphite core , thins the graphite core, promotes the obtaining of A-type graphite in gray iron and improves the roundness of graphite in nodular iron.
3. Reduce the tendency of white iron and reduce the relative hardness.
4. High anti-decline ability.
5. Prevent declining of inoculant and nodular iron.
6. Enhance the section uniformity and prevent the shrink tendency.
7. Steady chemical composition. Smalldeviation in quality and ingredients.
8. Low melting point(approaching 1300°C). Easy for melting absorb and has little dross
