General Description

LC series long shaft, vertical turbine pump is a newly developed product based on both domestic and overseas advanced experience in design and manufacture. It is used to deliver clear water, sewage with certain solid grains (such as iron scrap, sand, coal powder etc.) and industry waste water and seawater with corrosive. It is widely used in original water works, waste water factory, metallurgy and steel industry (especially suitable for delivering oxygenation iron sheet water in swirl pool), power station, mine, civil project and agriculture irrigation, etc.

Standard material

Pump case: cast iron or per customer’s requirement.

Shaft: Cast iron or Cast steel per customer’s requirement

Impeller: Cast iron, can be bronze or stainless steel as per customer’s requirement

 

Structure

Vertically installed with single foundation.

Anti- abrasive impeller and diffusor make the pump reliable, safe, steady and energy saving.

Filter inside pump to prevent impurity entering and decrease inlet loss.

Replaceable seal rings to protect impeller and pump.

Shaft sleeve coupling used, largely decreased the vibration of pump.

Alarm system used to control water supply.

Can equip with controller for automatic start/stop control according to liquid level, alarm for overloading, online remote control for multiple pumps.

Packing seal.
