With single machine head and double system, this series of machines are fully automatic computerized flat knitters without bottom plates. Adopting digital technology, they are capable of conducting various knitting functions such as needle turning, meshing, hole making, jacquard and explicit needle withdrawal, etc. As well as other regular pattern knitting, capable of knitting basic knitting textures (4 flat, single face, etc. ) multi-color irregular jacquard, pattern twisting, etc. It is suitable for knitting garments, scarves, hats and other garment accessories out of yarns, spun silk, synthetic fibers, wools, acrylic, blended yarn, etc. 
Machine head 
The linear speed of the machine head is 12m/s maximum. The journey of the machine head can be automatically adjusted as per the width of the knitting fabric. The adjustment can be done swiftly and the positioning is precise. Which avoids the useless movement and greatly elevates the productivity of the machine. Each system has 5 major functions, i. e., needle turning, knitting, meshing, non-knitting and needle catching in additional to the protective measures such as solenoid magnet short circuit. Motor overload and blocked turning protections. 
Touch screen 
Adopting industrial LCD, the display is capable of the showing pictures with colors, displaying number of the pieces, knitting time, speed, roller mesh numbers, yarn nozzle, etc. Which can be adjusted any time during the operation of machine, this saves the time and brings ultimate convenience to the operation, making it possible for the operators to take care of the fabrics and put in directives to the machines at the same time, thus the modification to the working parameters and change of the patterns becomes easily done on the machine. 
Probe alarming device 
Probe alarming device is a breakthrough as compared with the current monotonous detecting mode where the probes sway from the side to side. This device is able to completely, safely and effectively realize the detection and avoid the damages to the fabrics and other mechanical failures, so as to ensure the normalized operation of the machine and increase the working efficiency of the knitting process. 
Nozzle 
In respect to the width of the fabrics, the nozzle can be adjusted automatically to change its packing position. Besides, fine tune can be automatically done to the packing place of the nozzle in the accordance with the moving speed of the machine head. The response is rapid and the positioning is precise. 
Descending plate 
When the needle of the flat knitter is moving up and down rapidly and regularly, the looping, closing, loop withdrawal and loop forming must be done through the descending plate assisting the needle. Such a system realizes the adjustability of the descending plate, which can be adjusted according to the requirement of the fabrics. The function of the descending plate is similar to that of a pressing foot; However, it is more reliable and useful. 
Yarn storage 
The yarn storage reduces the resistance of the running yarn, especially for the fabrics with bad elasticity and large brittleness, such as the cashmere and rabbit hair yarns, making the texture even and increase the knitting efficiency.
