1.According to the related machine,making full use of the four fixed tapping hole in the bottom of the sensor,to install the sensor in the machine.

2.when we install the stainless steel wire,should pay more attention to the horizontal angle.In other words,we should keep the steel wire from the outlet to the moving position slip horizontally.The smallest tolerance allows +/- three degrees.To ensure the precision of measurement and the life of the steel wire.

3.The wire is made of stainless steel with fluorin coating.The sensor will not work normally if the wire is damaged or stretched excessively or with heavy dust.

 

4.When we don't fix the sensor in the machine,Please don't use hand or other objects to pull the wire out and let the wire rebound itself,to avoid damaging the wire and personal safety.

 

5.The instantaneous acceleration of CPS-S and CPS-M series must under 1m/s,the instantaneous acceleration of CPS-L and CPS-L-P must under 0.5m/s.If not, the wire will be broken. Our company is not responsible for this.

6.If the sensor is used in the non-linear motion mechanism,please add proper pulley for work.

7.If the sensor is used in the poor or special condition,please add protection mechanism,or consult with our engineer department or our distributors.
